2020 Rental Rates
Glen Magna Farms can accommodate up to 50 people in the mansion. For groups over 50 tenting is required for which there is an additional charge. In addition, Porch enclosures may be rented for the Veranda. Rental of Glen Magna Farms includes exclusive access to the grounds, and the following rooms in the mansion: First Floor: The Foyer, Drawing Room, Dining Room, Veranda, Kitchen, Little Parlor and Rest Room. Second Floor: Two changing rooms connected by a restroom for the bride, Grooms room, and additional restroom. The Mansion is heated but does not have air-conditioning. The first floor of the mansion is fully handicap accessible and meets the guidelines set forth by the American Disabilities Act (ADA).
Rental Schedule based on an 8 ½ hour time frame allowing for a 5 hour event, 2 ½ hours of set up and 1 hour of breakdown. Prices subject to change without notice.

There is no additional charge for the ceremony on the grounds if the ceremony takes place within the five-hour rental time frame. The overtime fee would apply if the ceremony were to take place outside of the five-hour time frame. One hour of rehearsal time on a day prior to the ceremony is included.
A non-refundable deposit of one-half of the full rental fee must accompany the signed contract to reserve Glen Magna Farms on a definite basis. The Society must receive the balance of the rental fee no later than 90 days prior to your event.
Checks should be made payable to The Danvers Historical Society.
Notification of cancellation of a definite reservation is required in writing to The Society. Should The Society rebook the date with a comparable rental, The Society will refund one-half of the deposit paid.
Beverage services include both Cash bars and Open bars. Self- service of alcohol is not allowed at any time on the property. Bars must close 30 minutes prior to the end of the function, however, sodas, mineral waters, juices are served until the ending time. Beer Kegs are not permitted. There is a 4 ½ hour maximum on service of alcoholic beverages.
