An elegant setting for small celebrations, cocktail receptions,
photo shoots , clambakes and other events. Our experienced
Event Managers will assist you with all your planning needs.

The rooms inside the mansion provide a unique setting for small meetings up to 40 people or a
reception up to 100 when used together. A covered veranda along the south side of the mansion overlooks the main lawn and gardens. For larger events tenting is available for groups up to 200.

NON-WEDDING EVENT RATES

Sunday – Friday
$250 / hr 3 hour minimum

• Events can only be booked within 60 days of event date
• Rate does not include Saturdays. Saturday rate is same as wedding rates.
• Clients must select a caterer from our list. We will provide additional caterers to choose from for non-wedding events.
