Q: Can I have my ceremony at Glen Magna Farms?

A: Yes, The gardens of Glen Magna Farms provide a beautiful setting for an outdoor ceremony.

Q: Can I use a caterer that is not on your list?

A: No, There are 8 approved caterers to select from. They offer a variety in menu style and price.

Q: How many guests can Glen Magna Farms accommodate?

A: 125 guests inside the mansion in separate rooms for dinner. Up to 200 outdoors with tenting for which there are additional fees.

Q: What is the time frame for my event?

A: Glen Magna Farms hosts one event per day, which gives renters flexibility as to When to schedule the event. The rental period is for 8.5 hours total. 2.5 hours of  set up time for vendors, a 5-hour event and 1 hour of breakdown time. All events must end by 11:30pm.

Q: Is there parking available?

A: Yes, There is ample parking for 100 cars.

Q: Are candles allowed at Glen Magna Farms?

A: Candles may only be used if the flame is enclosed in glass. Example: Votives, Hurricanes etc. are all okay both inside and outside the mansion. Tapers and Candelabras are not permitted. Sparklers are not allowed on the property.

Q: Will someone from Glen Magna Farms be present for my event?

A: Yes, An Event Manager from Glen Magna Farms will be available through out your planning process and will be present the day of your event.

Q: Can the fireplaces be used?

A: No, The fireplaces in each room are non-working. This helps to ensure the preservation of this historic mansion.

Q: Can I throw Rice?

A: The throwing of rice, confetti & bird seed is not allowed.
