Named for its wallpaper, this bedroom was used by Ellen Peabody Endicott from 1893 until her death in 1926. From 1926 through 1958, it became the bedroom of Louise Endicott. Louise enjoyed life in Danvers so much she once commented that “…it is near as heaven as one can be in this world”. Upon her death in 1958, she left the Derby Summer House to the Danvers Historical Society.
